Cleanliness was superb, facilities were modern and well-maintained, staff were friendly and helpful, and location was convenient for transport and attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was tasty.

I was disappointed that the check-in process was not smooth at all. Despite arriving early in the afternoon, I was told that my room was not available and would have to wait until a later time to have access to it.
